🦛 Audi A4 B8 Starting Problems

interestingthread. Glad to see other people are having similar damn irritating issues to solved the issue! my 2010 a4 b8 2.0 tdi CAGA avant recently developed the rough idle issue two weeks ago. It starts without issue, but sounds like a tractor when idling at 900 revs and coughs. Rev it a little to 1100 - 1300 and the idling 2012b8 a4 2.0t same issue. Replaced PCV, coils, cleaned maf, replaced cam follower on hpfp. No change just kept getting worse. Very rough idle and sputtering on cold start and warm start at times. Audi diagnosed stretched timing chain. Replaced for $$$. No change. Found hpfp plunger leaking gas into motor. Changed out and fixed my Ifyou have just moved your car a short distance and now it wont start, chances are it is flooded. This fix is really counter intuitive but it works 99% of t Theoutside temperature is too high or too low. If the battery needs too much power to supply the fan, the start-stop function is switched off. When, and whether this happens, depends on the comfort settings by the particular car manufacturer. It may also be the case that the start-stop function is still supported, but the air conditioning Noproblem. Its like this every cold start in the morning or cold evenings. When it's warm out or the cars warm there's no issue. I've already replaced the things I suspected to be the issue. Cars got a new high flow fuel pump. New fuel filter. New 2.0t coil packs. New spark plugs. New cam position sensor. Service manual says to change it every 180.000km or 4 years, so i guess it was in due time .
